What does this icon mean and how do I get my picture to load correctly?

I have a weird icon that shows up instead of my profile photo for the "About" section of the webpage. I tried resizing the image down but that did not correct the problem. I would post a picture of what I'm seeing but also don't know how to do that on these message boards. This is the code I have, which seems correct to me. Please help!

Hi Neal,

Check the name of your image file. Make sure it's exactly "NealRoyal.jpg" with an upper case N and R. Also, make sure that it's in the "img" subfolder.

If this doesn't solve your problem you can post a snapshot of your workspace which will make it easier to troubleshoot.

This post will show you how to do that: https://teamtreehouse.com/forum/workspace-snapshots
