What happens to the copyright of companies logos?

Does the copyright of their logo expires after those years even if its a large company such as Apple or Coca-cola, that has been using the same logo over so many years.

Coca-Cola is a trademark or TM, and it's not copyrighted, but it's trademark-ed. If it was copyrighted (impossible to do so), you would have to pay each time you wrote coca-cola! So that was basically why trademark was created for. I think that a TM, lasts for ever, except if you don't activelly use it. Hope I helped.
