Hi there! Mostly you've just gotten underscores confused with hyphens But also the first argument should be my_plugin_css. Take a look:

  wp_enqueue_style( 'my_plugin_css', plugins_url('my-plugin/my-plugin.css') );  /* you have written wp-enqueue-style */
