I use not foundation for a site, but i must make it now to be responsive more exactly respinsive design... I need documentation example or more, thank in advance...

If you want something a bit more fully-featured, then perhaps start on the Web Design track, which will take you through a number of different courses.
There's also the blog post The Beginner's Guide to Grids with Zurb Foundation 5 and of course, Foundation's official documentation.
