What if I want to return 2lines of code ?

I didn't use arrow function but what if I want to return two lines of code like this ?

let prices = [5, 4.23, 6.4, 8.09, 3.20];

const newPrices = prices.map(price => {
     '$' + price.toString();
     price.toFixed(2);
     return;
});

1 Answer

is this what you mean?

const newPrices = prices.map(price => {
    return '$' + price.toFixed(2).toString();

});

since toFixed(); method returns a string. you dont need to used the toString() medhod. you can also do this in one line

const newPrices = prices.map(price => '$' + price.toFixed(2));
