What is a Syntax Error: parse error, in JavaScript?

I have tried everything I know to fix the code, but no success. Code attached. Thanks

Hi! Change the || Operator to && Operator In each condition and it should work then.

A syntax error occurs when the syntax does not conform to the syntax of the language. Here is some more info on it:
