What Is Bootstrap?

Hi everyone,

Like my title says, I would like to know what Bootstrap is.

I've heard a lot about it in the forum but I never knew what it was.

it provides packaged css and javascript to implement common design elements. for example, instead of having to write all the css and js to implement a navigation bar, you just mark some <div> with an attribute of class="navbar"
