What is date and time class? str? datetime? Code will be easier if date and time are datetime objects of course.

I'm not sure I understand your question but looking at the code I see two issues:

  • there is a spelling issue with "comine" instead of "combine" (with a "b")
  • you need to precede the function with the module name and the class name ("datetime.datetime.")
