How Do You Download Something From Github Like Picturefill, I Registered There And Now My Email Is Full Of Comments About Stuff And People I Don't Even Know. The Only thing That I Saw Was A Bunch Of Comments I Was Looking For Some Build Software For My Responsive Website And All I Got Was A Mailbox Full Of Comments. Where Can I Get The software That I Need For Picturefill And PHP???
Should I Just Write The Code To Match The Media Query And Hope For The Best???

Git is version control software - it allows you to keep track of various versions of your code, documents, web pages, etc. in what are called repositories. Github is a service that allows you to put your own repositories online for other people to see, download, or contribute to, as well as allowing you to see, contribute to, or download theirs.
You can download Picturefill in a .zip file by going to it's Github page and clicking on the 'Download ZIP'button in the right hand column.
