Python Using Databases in Python Meet Peewee Queries Are Your Friend

what is record from database?

in the beggining of the video krnneth mentions the word records , and i didnt understand what record means in term of db

Hi Daniel,

The record here is a row in a table in a database. Databases generally work with rows and columns in a specific table defined by a schema (something to look up and research further...). In this video, Kenneth does make several mentions of rows as well to help you understand the "record" concept. Database languages like SQL use a different approach than programming languages so take some time to look at those as well. Best of luck!
