What is the best practise for sharing ongoing local wordpress site developement (on MAMP) with the clients?

What are the rational options for sharing the ongoing developement at all?

  1. Presenting work from my computer in the meeting using projector (done this so far twice - presenting design idea and some functionality)

  2. Uploading/migrating the whole developement stage to some live sever and share it

  3. Sharing local MAMP server via static ip/dns (I found some topics about it and it seems quite complicated)

You could try looking at a NAS-server. Both you and the client or other developers can connect to this server and work together on it:)
