What is the best way to build a regular and E-commerce Website?

I want to know what is the best to design and build Website and E-commerce site?

I'm not sure if this answers your question, but ideally, I would build the site on the WordPress platform, and invest in a third party e-commerce plugin to keep costs low. It's kinda tough to give one solid answer to that question because there's a lot of variables that would influence which option to choose, but you can choose between a stand alone ecommerce platform, or one that is integrated within your site.

An example of a stand alone e-commerce platform is Shopify: http://www.shopify.ca

An example of a WordPress e-commerce plugin that shares the same platform as the site itself, is WooCommerce: http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce/
