That's what happened with me. First watching the video , second understand it , third practice it on my own workspace and forget it or forget the code after some days. simply that's what I'm do it (Watching , understand , Practice) . I want ask is this normal or I'm using wrong learn method. please help me with any new ideas that's gonna to improve my learning skills

I had the same problem when I was first starting out, I would say that it is really important for you to branch off and build your own project with the stuff that you have learned from the videos. I mean the whole point of being a developer is to develop projects right? But I would also say pick up some books on whatever language it is that you are learning and read out of it every night before you go to bed, those are just some of the things that worked for me, Hope this helps.

55,236 PointsPaul and Tim have some good advice. I also tend to take handwritten notes (hand-writing vs typing forces me to slow down and think about what I'm actually writing == ideas sink in better).

4,584 Pointsplus 1 to this, building your own projects will help you to find gaps in your knowledge. Plus using different resources as Tim suggests will help you learn from a different perspective. Also there are lots of talks on youtube relating to technologies which I suggest you watch on your chosen language/technology
