What is the best way to upload code to the forum? Should I just copy and paste it into the question field or is there an upload files facility?

The best way is to follow the Markdown Cheatsheet (see link below). Before your code you need a blank line, then a line with 3 accent marks and the type of code. Then, after your code, a line with 3 accent marks, and then another blank line. The blank lines are critical! The accent key is the same key as the tilde ~, but unshifted.

Thank you for your replies. I followed the markdown cheatsheet that jcorum pointed me to and I think it worked ok. It shows up as a code screen on the forum in my browser.

Thanks
