15,743 PointsWhat is the best way to use/simulate HTML5 pattern attribute with Safari? (looking at Webshim polyfill).
I have a simple contact.php form that uses the HTML5 required and pattern attributes for form validation. If using Safari the form is submitted even if the email and phone number is not the right format. Form submission only doesn't happen if they are empty.
How have others solved this? I have skimmed over the Webshim polyfill but before I dive deep I wanted to see if there were other solutions. Thanks, Mindy
