What is the difference between Del and .pop() ?

Hi I am a bit confused between Del and .pop() method. I understand that Del only removes the label not the object but what about .pop() method ?

1 Answer

pop will remove the item at the given position in the list, and return it so you can save it to a variable.

del will just remove the item
