What is the different between <button type="submit"> and <input type="submit"> ?

<button> normally use in contact form ? and others will use <input> ?

Technically there is no difference, but ...

... when a framework or your own script is targeting 'input[type="submit"]' then you will not find your submit button if it is a button element or vice versa.
