What is the format of h2 database URL for windows?

I used this format.. jdbc:h2:tcp://localhost/C:/Users/adarshkr/IdeaProjects/spring/treehouse-giflib-hibernate-68d1926/giflib Program is executing without any errors but when i opened the h2 database web console there is no table created
