What is the keyboard shortcut for closing a tab?

The video says Shift + . when closing the h1 element for example. This keyboard shortcut does not auto close the tab for me, and I would really really like to auto close with a shortcut. Help please!

Hi Monica, the tag will close by itself. Workspaces has a feature called "auto complete" and what it does basically is that when you open a tag it will recognize which tag are you opening and will close it for you,

Let me know if that helps :)

Thanks! I didn't realize the shortcuts don't apply to the "challenges". I have to wait til I use workspaces after all this prerequisite stuff

Is this in workspaces that the tag is not closing? Workspaces should autocomplete, when you type a tag, for instance an <h1> when you type the greater than > sign, it should automatically create the closing tag.

You know what, it looks like I'm just impatient. The keyboard shortcuts and autocomplete does not apply to the "challenges". (Should be an obvious fact, but not when you're itching to try em out). I have to wait for all this prerequisite stuff before starting in workspaces. Thanks for clarifying!

Sure thing! Welcome aboard!
