what is the main form control element when using document divisions ?

I cannot seem to get the answer right.

The questions reads.. the main form control element we're using is _____ element.

code shown below:

<div class="choice-bucket"> <h4 class="highlight">Where will you live?</h4> <input name="location[]" type="text"> <input name="location[]" type="text"> <input name="location[]"> <input name="location[]"> </div>

The question is a little misleading, the question should read what form element is most used in the example. The form element is the HTML element and the control is the type of element, so based on the picture it is the input form element.
