Would it be better (easier to learn / more effective) to start with flexbox, or bootstrap to practice building headers, or do it without those and just use plain html and css?

Treehouse Moderator 91,254 PointsI'd say it;s best to start experimenting with plain HTML and CSS. Getting your hands dirty so to speak with building the headers for yourself will get you started and then you can cement it by learning how Bootstrap headers are built. :-)
