1,320 PointsWhat is the typical time frame these sections should be done?
I have been doing as many as I can all day, but I am overloading my brain and nearly going cross eyed some times, lol. Is there any sort of recommendation?

6,444 PointsI wouldn't just power through as many as you can in a day. You really want to watch a few videos and do a few quizzes/challenges, but then play around with what you learned. Don't get caught up in the Leaderboards and point accumulation. It doesn't mean anything to anyone in the end. The only thing that matters are the skills you are developing.
It's really important to get a playful understanding with whatever it is you're learning. Take what you learn and see if you can try to apply it in ways that you weren't directly taught.
You'll find that while you aren't progressing through the courses as quickly, you will learn more and retain more the information you have studied, and then some. And that really is the ultimate goal with this stuff: Using your brain to solve puzzles/problems and have fun while doing it.
