What is the vagrant terminal???? How do I open it?
No other details. I don't understand this video.

I only saw this question without context so here's my best answer. What you're probably referring to as the 'vagrant terminal' is really just accessing the 'terminal' within your vagrant install. So, usually you'd run
$ vagrant up (assuming you've already performed
$ vagrant init) and then after vagrant is up you'd run
$ vagrant ssh. This last command will essentially switch you to your 'vagrant terminal' where you can run commands and install things on this virtual server.
