What is the value in cell E15?

What is the value in cell E15 I am typing what it says it just isnt the right answer.

In order to find the value of the cell, it's best to think of the spreadsheet as a grid-map. Find the Row 15 and the Column E; Where this column and this row intersect is your answer.

For me, the answer was 6.0 (6 without the decimal is also an accepted answer)
