Seriously, there are alot of people that have been spamming the forums lately.

Colin Marshall
32,861 PointsWhat do the spam posts look like? I have yet to encounter spam on the forum.

Nick Johnson
11,194 PointsKonrad Pilch, typing out a small phrase or joke is not considered spamming. According to Google's dictionary, spamming means "to send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet.

Konrad Pilch
2,435 PointsDont worry, i got that too, i do have a screenshot of you posting ilerative things on posts like pie numver and "hahahah.." all over them. If you deleted them before STAFF ot MODS thne i do have the screenshots anyways. Which i saw you deleted some before. Thats a spam too.

Nick Johnson
11,194 PointsKonrad Pilch, first of all, you need to learn English. Plus, the whole reason I was "Spamming" was to display the need for a spam report button on the forums. Also, you should stop acting like a big guy moderator and just go back to answering questions and let the moderators deal with the mess. #rekt

Konrad Pilch
2,435 PointsSo you just admit you spammed ^^

Nick Johnson
11,194 PointsDo you not know what quotation marks mean? Also, what you consider "spam" was just a couple of irrelevant phrases or jokes to prove a point.

Chris Shaw
26,676 PointsEnough guys.
Insults, profiling and false accusations aren't getting you anywhere.
@Nick: did it ever occur to you that maybe English isn't Kondrads primary language, throwing these comments around won't be tolerated.
Also 'spam' on Treehouse falls under a different definition, anything irrelevant that is deemed to be by either the TH staff and moderation team will be deleted to ensure all questions remain clean and on topic.
We're always watching, we know who you are. If you see spam report it, but don't be the one doing it just for attention. If there is a feature you see the forum needs email support, describe the problem in detail and be respectful of the way TH run their site.

Konrad Pilch
2,435 PointsThank you Chris Upjohn .
I have only one thing , which is here .

11,679 PointsWe've cleaned out the posts we saw. Sorry about the mess.
If you see any more posts please let support know and they'll take care of it.

Chris Shaw
26,676 PointsI'm sending an email to support today in regards to getting an report spam option along with a new option for moderators to help assist in stopping this sudden trend here in Treehouse.
In the meantime please mention I or another moderator/staff member if you continue to see this and we can clean up the mess left behind.
I'll be watching closely for the next little while.

Chris Shaw
26,676 PointsFaye is indeed the manager of the forum but in the same battle she can be very busy.

Caleb Kleveter
Treehouse Moderator 37,862 PointsWhat makes you think they are spam posts? I noticed bad spelling and grammar in the first one, but other then that I'm not sure how you figured it out.

Chris Shaw
26,676 PointsThe spam replies have already been deleted from the forum, anything left over are genuine replies from genuine users.

Caleb Kleveter
Treehouse Moderator 37,862 PointsSo you are saying that some of the replays to the posts were spam?

Chris Shaw
26,676 PointsYes, these replies were very long and very clearly spam as it was copy and pasted along with having no relation to any questions on the forum.

Caleb Kleveter
Treehouse Moderator 37,862 PointsOkay, that makes sense. Away with lullaby!
