What is wrong in my solution?

Can someone please tell me why my solution is not working?

Is not working because you're selecting the list with the <li> tag you need to select all the links <a> tags.

Here's the correct solution...

let navigationLinks = document.querySelectorAll('nav a');

let galleryLinks = document.querySelectorAll('#gallery a');

let footerImages;
