What is wrong with my code? My social media icon's aren't smaller like they are expected to be upon code input.

I'm currently working on my footer for my CSS course, and I'm on the part where I am supposed to decrease the size of my social media icons - do you guys see anything wrong with my code?

i went ahead and edited your code that you posted. You had the right idea as to how to post code on the forum but it has to be exactly as it is below or it will not display properly.

Your code looks solid, and see no reason why it would not render correctly. All of the tags have been properly closed and the syntax looks correct.
