What is wrong with these videos?

I've used Treehouse for about 2 years now and these videos on Java are some of the worst I've seen(Performance wise; Not Craig, he's a wonderful teacher). Why do these videos constantly buffer and freeze? I've never had this problem on any of the other courses I've done(or sites I've visited.), only this one and it's really hard to keep working when the video constantly buffers and stops.

Must have been a temporary thing as they work fine for me, now in August 2019.
