HTML How to Make a Website Beginning HTML and CSS Write a CSS Selector and Property

What is wrong with this code? <style> {h1 color: green; } </style> <h1>Tim Chesonis</h1>

I followed this to the letter, when entering "blue" as instructed, it worked. When changing the color to "green", it says, "Bummer! Make sure . . . . "

Please advise.

:point_right: It looks like you accidentally placed your selector inside the braces instead of in front of them.

There's a bug in the challenge checker. That should NOT have passed the second task. You might want to report this to Treehouse Support, it might get you a special "Exterminator" badge.

h1 { color: green; } Agree with Steven, you definitely should report it.
