What language is this related?

I want to work something that you just need to plug in words/numbers and it gets transferred to a template ready to print.

I work in an accounting department and I want to experiment on know about this.

Basically we already have a template and Im wondering if I can make my own site/program/app that will transfer the information I inputted in a pre-made template instead of me going MS word all the time and always editing,delete, and changing information.
