What language / software should i learn in order to do interactive shopping map?

I would like to learn some skills that how to build an interactive shopping complex directory map. For example there are some shop that we wanna find when we reach a shopping complex so we will look into a directory to find the direction to there so that is what i hope can learn from your place. Design wise i already know how to do by illustrator or photoshop. Which i dont know is how to combine those design up and make that interactive and put into a commercial TV for business used. May i know how which language or software should i start to learn?

Yes. It is a map which user can find their way to a specific shop in a shopping complex. It is normally a touch screen TV or freestanding interactive signage. I am wondering what should i learn so that i can manage to make that out.. Anyone can help me?

Sounds like first you need an app with server making an API calls to Google Maps API and rendering the results whilst keeping track on current geolocation. You could choose pretty much any back-end language for a server like Python , PHP, Ruby, Java , Nodejs(JavaScript), Go etc. You can choose anyone of 'em and learn their respective frameworks. Python comes with Django/Flask, Ruby comes with Ruby-on-Rails/Sinatra, PHP has codeIgniter/Laravel/Symfony, Java has Spring, And JavaScript has Nodejs. Now you also need a UI ,right? You have many options there as well. You can go for React/Angular/ Vuejs/Ember/Preact. They all are pretty rad and awesome. But my personal fave is React. So yeah you can go for React track on treehouse. Other than that you might decent knowledge of HTML, CSS3, jQuery and maybe testing(learn Selenium). Happy Coding!
