what mean "if weapon_choice in "sab" :" ? what is "sab"?

"sab" are each of the valid choices when choosing a weapon -- [s]word, [a]xe, [b]ow.

What the if statement is asking is if the String returned from the input is one of those 3 letter then do something. The final else statement is saying that we should ignore anything that is not 's' or 'a' or 'b'.
