What program shows viewport dimensions?

For this and similar videos, the tool they're using in the bottom right corner of the window - what is that? Doesn't appear to be anything like that in the Chrome store.

Another cross-browser option:

You don't need to install anything (so it's technically not local), but once you've got it on your screen, you can open up your local file in a new tab (in the same window) with no problems. When you change the size of your local file window, you can see the size of the window just by tabbing over.

I use "Viewport Dimensions 0.0.6" for platform sizes and "Window Resizer 1.9.1.0" to display the window size. I think you can get them in the Chrome store or just Google them; they are free...

I can't for the life of me get Window Resizer to display the tooltip when I'm working with file://... paths. Works great on the web but not when I'm testing local sites. Anyone else have this problem?

There is a permission you need to add for the extension in the Chrome settings, to allow it to access local files.

Adobe Dreamweaver has dimensions at the top of the code or live view.
