What should I do?

When I hit Launch, the window didn't opened

Plus, the M got stuck between 66.

It got up to 80, then boom, back to 66.

If your talking about the emulator not running try it from the package explorer (panel on the left side of eclipse interface)

right click the project you are working on near the bottom is "Run as" hover over that and select "Android Application"

I solved the problem
