what should I do about the warning signs I'm getting on Xcode?

I'm typing code on Xcode and on some of the lines there are warnings that say: Implicit conversion shortens 64-bit value into a 32-bit value. what does that mean and what should I do about it?

can you post the lines of code that have that warning? they are just warnings so they probably dont affect much really but you may be able to resolve them
