What Should I Use to Build My Web Site Project?

Since the last 3 months i have been learning HTML and CSS. Had no preview experience in programming and already i have done some experimental web sites. Now i want to start my personal website and i don't know how to start, or better, i don't know if i should do the site from scratch or use WordPress, a Wire framing tool or even learn about bootstrap.

Hi Marco, if you like to practice more you may still use HTML and CSS. But if you think to do the stuffs quickly, you can use tools like BOOTSTRAP, WORDPRESS. May be you can also start learning JAVASCRIPT to provide more interactivity to your webpages.

Good luck! :)
