What should I use to collect the information from my html form?

I built a basic bio-page using a single page application approach with HTML, CSS & a little jQuery. I have an html form for those who want to ask me a question but I forgot that I need a way to collect that information lol. Where do I start? What do I use? Thanks for the help.

If you don't have previous knowledge in PHP, I recommend you to google PHP mail form and just follow the instructions of how to make it work. Good luck!
