What Should They Teach?

Want an opportunity to influence the curriculum of at least one college in the US that teaches Web Design and Development? I've got it! If you have ideas about what classes colleges should include in their curriculum or what you believe is most important when it comes to learning how to create the web, please head on over to this codepen and leave a comment. http://codepen.io/keithwyland/details/mznhH Or if you'd rather, just comment on this here forum post. Thanks a ton for any feedback!!

I think they should include Treehouse. It's kind of funny but true. If you read the HTML and CSS books that Matt and Ian released for the basic stuff. They can learn how to create a basic page the correct way. Then have them go through the rest of the courses here for javascript, jQuery, etc.. and what they can do is have them add what is learned to a project. So that by the end of the year they will have a website that starts off as a html doc to a fully working WP site.

Thanks for your reply, Ricardo!
