What sites inspire your web design?

I'm trying to find some inspiration for my personal website. I found I was just copying the tutorial and wanted to break out of the mold a bit.

So the question: What sites does the community find inspiring from a web design perspective? Why do you like them? What features stand out?

i really like google, very simplistic, great user design, and ease of use.plus loaded with features, chrome, and google+ are great examples!
