I noticed Treehouse has a number of certificates that can aid in a person's career. Which certificate is the one that employers look at the most?

12,051 PointsTechDegrees are still a very new thing in the industry and not really of great value to employers yet by themselves. The projects you'll build during and after the TechDegree, however, will be a nice proof of your skills that can definitely land you a job.
While mobile (iOS and Android) developers seem to make more money in general than their web counterparts, this shouldn't be the main factor of your decision. You should learn to build for the platforms you are most likely to be passionate about, and choose from there.
