General Discussion

What the heck I'd be up to?

I've been learning web development since quite a long time. I started off from W3School to Code Academy. Then to Tuts+ and then here. I've learned quite a ground in design and PHP. But I'm infomanic. I started the AngularJS course, left it in the middle. And same for SaaS and WordPress. And somewhere in between I started the learning German via Duolingo. Then I tried to find some freelancing jobs to try out my skills but here (in Pakistan) isn't really anyone who wants a website or value this skill. So the long story short: Where I should go now?

have you found any job boards or websites where people outsource work? you might build a freelancing career by meeting people over Skype and creating their websites, while never actually meeting them.

How can one appoint me without being being with me?

A lot of times when people want a graphic designer or a web designer or developer for their project, they outsource the work. you will have to find boards and websites where people are posting projects and looking for you to do their work are a part of it. its very common.

you should go through the freelancing course because everything still applies. its just, you meet the client over web cam. many people are very comfortable with this. content and open communication with your client is key!

in fact, there are web designers here in america doing web sites for people in other states while never actually traveling!

I'm not actually not old enough(15). Does it matter?

You seem like a real go for it kind of person. I would say go for what Christopher said... Take the freelance material and collaborate for now on GitHub...

Found Enavto and its CodeCanyon marketplace. Seems awesome for selling WordPress themes.
