What theme is Zac using in these tutorials?

In trying to duplicate a website following Zac's tutorials I am searching for the theme that he is using? Dose anyone know?

Hi David, I'm thinking it's the Twenty Twelve theme that comes bundled with WordPress.

This was a custom theme designed for the course. Since the course doesn't focus on building sites but more running and maintaining them it doesn't get into how to build the theme. I believe it was a twentytwelve child theme.
