Hi Ahmed,

The site you linked is built with Javascript, there are a lot of Javascript courses in the library that you might find helpful.

Before you learn Javascript you should be comfortable with HTML and CSS. I would recommend you start with the Web Design track which will teach you HTML and CSS, then move onto the Front End Development track which will teach you Javascript and other skills.
