What type of jobs both Freelance and company based are looking for HTML and CSS savy programmers?

Just a quick discussion question i was curious about and how much does web designing jobs usually pay for projects?

I found a resource that will give you the average salary as well as other jobs related to the field of designing as well as designing UI's, interfaces, and user experiences. Also, keep in mind your salary can increase. My personal advice is to just be the best at what you love to do.
