What would be good blogs and podcasts to read/listen to follow in this area?

Nowadays I work with PHP and javascript. As I try to understand more about this technologies and some of they frameworks I miss good sources to learn more updated information about trends and good practices.

Does anyone recommend good sources to follow web development?

One source that I discovered recently and that I found very useful was StackShare(http://stackshare.io/) that contains the technology behing many popular applications
