Like, we use the terms the United States, America, Uncle Sam interchangeably to refer to the same country.

2,435 PointsA developer is somebody who like develops the code like websites and then writes all the code. PHP software developer is im not sure but in my maind is somebody who makes like applications on desktop or apps? with PHP . Like with JS you can make games. And PHP engineer in my maind is somebody who checks it maybe ? no clue .
It might not be accurate but thats what i think if not correct me :) Thats whats in my mind.

2,435 PointsOh yeah, i remember now something, different programmers like different names for them. Like i woudnt like if somebody called me a engineer developer but i would like it if somebody called me an software developer.
