What's the difference between these 2 NodeJS Environments

On the left is the Node Command line I managed to install and verify as working. On the right is another Command Prompt that seems to be specific to Node ans has its branding. But doesn't seem to accept any commands whatsoever.

The window on the left is a system prompt. You entered system commands to get the versions from node and npm.

The window on the right is an interactive mode prompt from node. Try entering some JavaScript (example: console.log("Hello, World!");) or type .help.
