Whats the difference between using Math.round and parse.INT in transforming strings or numbers

From the MDN Web Docs:

  • The Math.round function returns the value of a number rounded to the nearest integer.
  • The parseInt() function parses a string argument and returns an integer of the specified radix (the base in mathematical numeral systems).
