what's the subliminal message in this video at the 3 minute 51 second mark?

there's a subliminal message that pops up in this video @ 3:51 with a very short audio clip. i've tried several times to pause it on the picture to see what it is, but i can not seem to capture that specific frame. assuming the frame rate of this video is at the slowest common speed, i would only have a 1 in 24 chance of catching that frame while using the very remedial navigation controls of the site's ui, so i figured i would just ask.

what is it? it's really kind of an interruption to the class...why is it even included?

He's using YOLO - you only live once - as an example, and for a brief moment includes a picture of a man wearing a yolo hat. Comedy helps break up the otherwise fairly stale learning process, so most of the teachers here will toss in something comedic occasionally.

so first, i know what yolo means and actually use the term quite often in a game i play online. also, i knew what the audio clip said and given the subject matter of the course at the time this message appears...i knew what was going on, but like i said...i couldn't stop the video on the one frame the picture appeared using the navigation of the site's video player. my questions (maybe asked poorly) were what was the picture and why is it there...which you answered both.

imho...this is really not the appropriate place for this. the comedy you speak of evades me. i could understand if the picture was up for more than one frame. if you could clearly see the picture and process what you were being shown...fine, sure, i would get that. i would consider it a bad joke, but a joke none the less and it wouldn't interrupt my learning process as i would just blow it off as such.

this however...i'm taking this course to learn the basics of java not to play some hide and seek game with video frames. oh well, thanks for the response. take it easy o7

It says quickly, "YOLO"-- the acronym for You Only Live Once. :)
