whats wrong with my code

i have written this code in workspace and it has worked , but for some reason, it won't pass

stringcases.py
def stringcases(string):
    w = strings.upper()
    x = strings.lower()
    y = strings.title()
    tuple1 = (w,x,y,string[::-1])
    return tuple1


stringcases("apple")

So close! You have strings instead of the parameter string in lines 2, 3, and 4. Fix the typo and your good!
